This Manly project showcases the importance of choosing premium materials to bring spaces to life. Combining a recycled brick tile from France, with an Australian hardwood Ironbark decking, these two upcycled materials bring a freshness to this project.

The front driveway tiled with Endicott filetti provides a solid foundation and also creates interest in a once lost area at the entrance of the house. The LUX team replaced the old rooftop deck with Tallowwood, another Australian hardwood decking with lots of natural oils, making it a great choice for a deck that is drenched in sun year round.
